Fall Harvest

Subway I was amazed last week to learn there are five vegetables we can plant now, yes even in a seasonal climate like Michigan! The vegetables are:

  1. Spinach
  2. Beets
  3. Leaf lettuce
  4. Radishes
  5. Tatsoi

All of these will be ready in no time. To learn more read: Planting a Fall Garden

This luscious ceramic tile was found on the counter at the take out in Subway.  See the red?

Doesn’t that make you want to grow your own vegetables? It does me.

Join us for Ruby Tuesday and have a great week!
