The Chemical That Calls Itself a Spice | Gomestic

My friends have gotten used to me wanting to stop here and there to snap pictures. I don't miss much, but sometimes they surprise me by saying "Judy, aren't you going to snap that?"

Aren't these sand cherry bushes pretty? Bev stopped for me to capture them. It sure is nice to have friends who exhibit such patience. :-)

Last night I was researching a product we find in the spice aisle of our grocery store and it really is not a spice at all. It is a chemical. I unearthed over a dozen uses for this product and if interested, you can read more at The Chemical That Calls Itself a Spice | Gomestic

This post linked to Ruby Tuesday.

Thanks for the visit! Take care and God bless!

The cherry blossoms are beautiful.

I knew Alum was a chemical compound but really hadn't thought that much about it. Very interest article Judy.

Thanks for the warning about alum. Not sure what the purpose of the FDA is, as too much that is legal is dangerous.

The sand cherry bushes are lovely.
