Lily leeks for your garden and your health

Lily leeks

Lily leeks

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart. ~ Helen Keller

They're ba-a-ack - my lily leeks, that is, and they are a welcome addition. The lily leek grows well in shade and does not require a lot of water. It is scattered throughout my yard, but mostly in shady areas. The pretty lily leek is known for its ability to assist in digestion, circulation, and respiration. To learn more about this food check it out at Healthy Herbs

This post linked to  Macro Monday, and Mosaic Monday!! Thanks so much for your visit, take care and God bless!

And they're pretty too. I can't wait to get to Odds and Herbs and get a few new herbs to me...I'm going to be looking your site over for some suggestions.

Beautiful flowerws, Judy. (I think mine turned out to be Scilla campanulata - Spanish Bluebells.)
