Health has long been tied with herbs. Now honestly who hasn't heard of using herbal remedies to heal and protect health? Haven't you? We have hibiscus, horse chestnut, Hawthorne berries, hyssop, horehound, hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort), honeysuckle, horsetail, horsebalm, horseradish, huperzine, and hytrin; just to name a handful.

I've used some of these but, wow!, what a wealth of information you shared here.
I admire natural solutions to health issues. Pharmaceuticals seem to lead down very bad paths for so many.
