You may be more familiar with Eleuthero as Siberian Ginseng, which was included in a recent post. How about Echinacea which many of us reach for during cold and flu season to arm ourselves? Ephedra, Epsom salt, Eyebright, Elder, and Eucalyptus to name a few Excellent tools for a healthier you!

We were visiting friends once who told us about Echinacea & hubby's never not had a bottle of it in the house since.
The Eleuthero is sure a pretty plant.
I am fighting a cold--so I could have used some echinacea some time back--great post Judy
